The house was built out of Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP) constructed out of plywood and bolted together like a big kit of lego pieces. Tom managed the site operations from start to finish and delivered a home on time, budget and with a high build quality. The air tightness alone was a record for the contractor Facit Homes.
